GRADING

"Every Shooter" - Please keep a photo copy of your grade card in case you loose it.  A fee may apply to have your history retrieved and transferred to a new grade card”.  SDC.

Following are points for awareness into NSW discipline grading:

- Both the rifle and pistol sections of the discipline carry grading.

- Rules for grading are based on the 2004 CSD National Discipline Rulebook.

- Grading is to be controlled by Discipline Coordinators/Captains of active and participating ranges.

- Junior, Senior, Veteran, Female, Male, etc ARE NOT GRADES but rather categories.

- Grade cards should be available from your local club/branch discipline captain.  If not, please e-mail the SDC.

- RIFLE grades are based on Std/As-Issued rifle ONLY (as per national rule book)

- PISTOL grades apply to BOTH Class 1 and Class 2 pistol,
(i.e., each class does not carry an individual grade, but grading is based on results from EITHER/OR both pistol classes).
