(CASINO COMPLEX)
Casino in the northern rivers region of northern NSW is the home to SSAA Northern Rivers Branch Inc. The complex offers all types for shooting disciplines with a very well designed layout.
The complex consists of a pistol range out to 50m, rifle club out to 800yards and the SSAA range out to 300m.
The SSAA range has a fixed under cover bench line that offers shooting out to 300m which has the roof extended in front of the benches to offer positional shooting also out to 300m. Showers, toilets and hot water plus generated power is available at the range. Good flat grassed camping ground exists all around the property and plenty of fuel exists for a comfort fire.
SSAA Northern Rivers contest most the disciplines of the SSAA with emphasis on:
- Military/Service out to 300m
- Lever Action
- Field Rifle Rimfire and centrefire
- Silhouette Rimfire and centrefire
- General shooting for all types of firearms.
Casino has been host to some very large events and is always a favourite for travellers with its extremely close proximity to town approx 2 minutes.
