AWARDS & CLAIMS
Many awards exist for shooters through the discipline. These are more awards available than just trophies for winning competitions. Some of the most sort after achievement awards are listed below.
National Achievement Awards
- 150 Club Any shooter who shoots a perfect 150/150 in the SSAA 3P Core Event receives, after application, a 150 patch from the National Scorer. This must be done in a registered match ONLY.
- Proficiency Awards Gold, Silver, Bronze, Junior. May be claimed by application to the Military/Service Rifle National Awards Secretary. The awards are based on results from RO supervised and registered 3 Positional Core Event shoots, with results entered on an Awards Application form, certified by the Club Captain and forwarded to the Awards Secretary. These medals MUST be claimed in sequence…bronze, silver then gold, irrespective of the score achieved.

Same awards as for rifle exist for pistol. The notable changes are the scores as pistol match courses of fire differ to that for rifle.
- 360 Club For the 3Range Core Event. This must be done in a registered match ONLY.
- Proficiency Awards Gold, Silver, Bronze, Junior.
