B - COMPETITION STRUCTURE
- Revise competition structure.
- Explain that both Pistol and Rifle Ranking systems are not combined.
- If State Rankings are required for both Pistol and Rifle, both systems will be merged.
C - GRAND PRIX
- How it currently works and how should it work in the future
- Possible changes
for following years
- adopt optical rifle
- adopt martini cadet rifle
- Bathurst needs support to find a range to host GP round in 2005
- Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie rumours of interest
- Any other ranges people know of?
D - STATE POSTAL
- Martini Cadet interest
E - SOTY & STATE TEAMS SELECTION,
- How it currently works and how it may work in the future
- Currently separate for Rifle & Pistol
- Should rifle incorporate the Modified and Optical classes also?
- Need all rifle classes incorporated in line with discipline (both Rifle & Pistol)
- STS based on the place getters. State teams are made up usually of 4 plus a reserve.

F - HALL OF FAME,
- How it currently works and how should it work in the future (if changes required)
- Award points at GP rounds as per current for GP?
- Award full points as a state championship event for the other 3 big events (CvC, ANZAC, Clubs).
G - OFFICIAL STATE SANCTIONED COMPETITIONS
- NSW State Championships
- This year was to be held at Mudgee. Mudgee concerned with available resource.
- 2004 State Champs to be taken to Tamworth on completion of an application form.
- Same as 2003 with full discipline program – Pistol & Rifle
- NSW City Vs Country and future
- Advertise that it is Saturday only and overall event “Mudgee Open”.
- Sunday typically reduced in competitors due to majority being from Sydney on day trip.
- Suggestion made to increase Sunday schedule and make it “more attractive”.
- Mudgee to enquire if a Silhouette match for Sunday could be run.
- NSW Clubs Challenge
- Advertise that it is Saturday only and overall event “Tamworth Open”.
- NSW ANZAC Shoot
- Advertise that 2004 ANZAC is a one day only event, and remainder is Armidale Open.

- Many thanks to Craig Mahoney for extraordinary effort and work on the site.
I - NSW State Champs.
- Rules for additional events different to rule book. Must check the NSW web site.
- Again this year will include Pistol
- Top Guns for Modified Class
- Top Guns for Optical Class
L - RULE BOOKS and NSW RULES
- Current rule book 1999
- New rule book due out this year – but heard same thing last year.
- Proposed new rule book overshadowed by our NSW by-laws as agreed at other meetings, at all NSW events.
Concerns raised with regards to number of GP rounds. Question raised if 2005 should cut back on rounds. This was overruled by majority.
